Jai Santora
Jai has been working in the automotive industry for over twenty years. She started her career at local dealerships and became ASE certified and received training from several manufacturers. Working as a technician in a dealership lacked any customer service interactions, which is something Jai was looking to be able to provide. Moving on to a family owned business allowed those connections to be formed but Jai was still looking for more. Jai decided to open her own repair facility, Santora Automotives, where she welcomes customers and places their minds at ease through compassion and understanding.
