Jai has been working in the automotive industry for over twenty years. She started her career at local dealerships and became ASE certified and received training from several manufacturers. Working as a technician in a dealership lacked any customer service interactions, which is something Jai was looking to be able to provide. Moving on to a family owned business allowed those connections to be formed but Jai was still looking for more. Jai decided to open her own repair facility, Santora Automotives, where she welcomes customers and places their minds at ease through compassion and understanding.

Shay came to us after extensive training not only through automotive advancement education but also motorcycle education as well. His versatility in mechanics is invaluable in a company with such diverse clientele. He’s got an amazing energy that’s simply magnetic and is a pleasure to be around. He’s also a Navy veteran and a car (let’s be clear, Subaru) enthusiast 😅 But extremely well diversified with all manufactures.

Miguel is our newest team member and also the most experienced technician we’ve ever hired. He’s already served twelve years in the automotive industry and his ability is endless given his enthusiasm for vehicles. As the saying goes, do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. He’s been through multiple training programs through Napa, Mitchell One and is very knowledgeable with the Snap On Apollo D-9 diagnostic equipment. His personality, compassion and inclusiveness makes him a perfect fit for our mission.
